Petrobras CPI approved on Thursday requirement to hear the former minister of Staff José Dirceu, arrested on August 3 at the 17th phase of Operation Lava jet Federal Police. The joint committee also approved the summons of Marcelo Odebrecht, Chairman of Odebrecht, the former director of the international area Jorge Zelada Petrobras and five others.

The vote of the calls had been agreed between the members of the CPI: Tuesday session the parliamentarians warned that Dirceu would hear during a trip to Curitiba next week. Members shall be in Curitiba between Monday and Thursday.

For over 500 days of Operation Lava jet, indications of participation of José Dirceu in the scheme are vast. Like the impeached deputy Pedro Correa, mensaleiro like him and also arrested in Lava jet, Dirceu was named as recipient pulpy fees paid by contractors over the years. Favors among the giants of construction and the former minister were camouflaged, according to the prosecutor's office in false contracts consulting by company JD Consulting and Advisory, created to simulate the provision of business prospecting services, and had as Dirceu partner's brother.

Five giant construction comprising the already notorious Club Billion disbursed over the period 2006-2013, at least 8 million reais for JD Consulting. The figures are even higher if added other contractors also cited in petrolão scandal, as Egesa, which transferred own real 480.000, and Serveng, which released 432,000 reais for the JD. The relationship between José Dirceu and petrolão schema lenders not stop there: José Dirceu had to a daughter still in São Paulo paid by lobbyist Milton Pascowitch.

The already complicated situation of José Dirceu deteriorated further after the former partners of PT, which for years provided him with money, just as informers of petrolão and reinforced the PT's share evidence of the scheme that defrauded more than 6 billion actual contracts.

Besides Pascowitch have pointed the way that led to the arrest of the former minister, other statements about the tentacles of the PT are nonetheless less amazing: the former manager of Peter Barusco Petrobras estimated that the PT was up $ 200 million in cash Dirty scheme, while the former commercial vice president of the giant Camargo Correa, Eduardo Leite said to the authorities that the company paid 63 million reais for the services of board, then led by Renato Duque, an ally of Dirceu and other 47 million reais to Petrobras' Downstream Board.
