American Airlines announced that it will cancel all flights which currently operates to Recife and Salvador. American Airlines said it plans a return flight to the end of the year and will offer alternatives to passengers affected by the cancellation.
The last flight held in Recife to Miami route will take place on May 5, with the route Salvador - Miami ending its operations temporarily on 4 May. The forecast American is to return the flight to the cities in mid-December, about the day 15:16.
The justification for the American to the sudden cancellation is the high drop demand for flights to the United States, especially in low season time. According to the improvement of the aviation market in Brazil is expected that flight becomes completely regular during the year.
Passengers who do not accept to be resettled will have their tickets refunded in full form money.
