Commissioner of American Airlines is accused by the FBI for fire on board


The stewardess Johnathan Tafoya-Montano, is accused by the FBI of having caused a fire on board an aircraft. The incident occurred on the first day of February on a flight from Dallas to Detroit where Tafoya-Montano was scheduled and flying in the service of American Airlines.

"During the flight, Mr. Tafoya-Montano reported a fire in a rear lavatory of the aircraft and extinguished the flames. After the fire the act was reported to the commander, the captain notified the control tower about the emergency on board and the aircraft already on approach to land at Detroit Metropolitan Airport, was received in an emergency situation. The aircraft landed without incident and all passengers and crew disembarked safely, "says the statement from the FBI.

The Tafoya-Montano Commissioner said that caused the fire in one of the bathrooms in the rear of the aircraft.

"An investigation revealed that the Sr.Tafoya-Montano put fire in the aft lavatory, and finally he eventually admitted what happened then was accused of aircraft or facility destruction. "I completed the FBI report.

The now former Commissioner was arrested on March 1, but released on 2 on bail. However it is restricted to Johnathan input on any aircraft without the permission of Justice.
