At this time, the Presidential Palace discuss with the parties the appointments of the second and third ranks after the cabinet reshuffle that extinguished folders and expanded the presence of the PMDB on the Esplanade of Ministries. The release of the positions is one of the requirements of the parties to ensure the support of the governing coalition to the president, who is threatened by the possible opening of an impeachment process.

For Rousseff's advisers, it would be rash to announce the resignation of possible godchildren of politicians who occupy DAS when the government is just trying to rebuild his parliamentary base.

Dilma kept the privilege of official cars for family use of the president and vice "if security reasons dictate" and holders of special nature positions as ministers of state. The Ministry of Planning reported that in the short term, it is expected that there sharing cars among ministries.
