OAB creates commission to assess whether calls for impeachment Dilma

The Order of Lawyers of Brazil (OAB) created on Thursday a commission to decide whether to submit to Congress impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff, from the recommendation of the Court of Audit (TCU) by the rejection of the accounts 2014 of government. On Wednesday, the court rebuked unanimously, the book balance presented by the Union for determining the existence of irregularities, including the "tax pedaling", amounted to a total of 106 billion reais last year.

"Severity consistent in Opinion TCU by the rejection of the president of the accounts of the Republic for alleged noncompliance with the federal Constitution and the laws governing public spending is indisputable. The OAB, as a constitutional citizen voice, will examine all legal aspects of matter and the existence of crime committed by the president and his implication in the current presidential term, "he said in a statement, the national organization's president, Marcus Vinicius Furtado Coêlho.

The group will have a maximum duration of thirty days to make "technical" studies and assess whether there are legal grounds to request output Dilma. A report commissioned by the commission will be submitted to the Federal Council of the entity that will be responsible for the final decision on the issue.If the directors of OAB discretion, on the advice made by the committee, there is responsibility of President Dilma in the irregularities presented in the government accounts may submit the request for impeachment.

After the rejection of the President's accounts at TCU, opposition leaders said the outcome of the trial reinforces the arguments to enable the prevention of the president. On Thursday, the president of the PSDB, Senator Aécio Neves (MG), said the party will stand in favor of impeachment if the request is put under discussion in Congress.
