Whatsapp messages of the owner of UTC Engenharia, the whistleblower Ricardo Pessoa, and a company executive reinforce the evidence that the donations made to the reelection campaign of President Dilma Rousseff were related to payments for contracts that it holds in Petrobras, as analysis the Federal Police (PF). Message passing, which occurred in late July 2014, was attached to Operation Lava jet process.

The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) records two donations of 2.5 million reais each for Dilma campaign on dates coinciding with communications between Ricardo Pessoa and Walmir Pinheiro. The total donations made in the UTC 2014 elections (were 52.2 million reais), the campaign of the PT received 7.5 million reais. There was a third transfer of 2.5 million reais on October 22, the eve of the second round.
