France held on Sunday a series of bombings in a stronghold of the Islamic State (Isis) in Raqq in Syria. Were destroyed a command station, a jihadist training camp and an arms depot and ammunition, reported the French Ministry of Defence. The attack is a reaction to the attacks of Isis in Paris, which resulted in the deaths of 129 people and 352 injured.
The massive attack involved twelve aircraft, including ten fighters that took off from bases in the United Arab Emirates and Jordan. According to the French Government, they were released twenty bombs against targets on the ground.
