Pfizer, the maker of Viagra, purchase Allergan by $ 160 billion

Pfizer pharmaceuticals, Viagra's manufacturer, agreed to buy the maker of Botox, Allergan, in transaction valued at about 160 billion dollars, the biggest deal in the history of the industry. Pfizer, based in New York, and Allergan, based in Ireland, said that Allergan's shareholders will receive 11.3 shares of the company combined by each detainee paper. With the closing of the deal, expected in the second half of 2016, the companies said the combined company will retain the legal domicile of Allergan in Ireland.
