Bell Helicopter announced that it delivered the first Bell 407GXP in Brazil. The template configured for the transport of executives will be based in Curitiba. The owner, Medallion Persian group will use the helicopter detachments especially in the southern region.
The Bell 407GXP is an update of the Bell 407, including improvements in payload and operating economy. The model has an increase of 22.5 kg payload capacity. This new version is also equipped with Rolls-Royce M250 engines, which offer better performance in high and hot environments. Furthermore, Bell 407GXP received avionics new, redesigned transmission and the TBO extension of approximately 500 hours.
