President Dilma Rousseff published in the Official Gazette on Wednesday the provisional measure that raises the fines for drivers who obstruct the way. The MP is part of the government's offensive against the group of truckers who blocked highways in various parts of the country this week. With the publication, the measure comes into force immediately.

Even with the threat of a fine, truckers promote bans in four states highways on Wednesday - Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Tocantins and Santa Catarina. In Rio Grande do Sul, there are reports of demonstrations, but without interrupting the traffic. Membership is lower than that seen on Monday and Tuesday, which reached 14:09 States, respectively. The truckers began protests demanding the resignation of President Dilma Rousseff.
